Job Description

Mascoma Bank is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various Financial Reporting and Modeling functions within the Finance Department. Your role includes being accountable for all aspects of CECL and ALM model updating and reporting. You will assist the CFO and Director of Finance with deposit and loan pricing, forecasting, and other ALM-related functions. Additionally, you will help with the Treasury function and the Bank's Investment Portfolio.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years of banking experience. You must have extensive knowledge of Excel, experience with budgeting, profitability, and other computer systems, and a thorough understanding of Sageworks CECL software. Experience with Abrigo's financial software is a plus. The ideal candidate should have experience with CECL and ALM, as well as a strong background in financial analysis. You should also possess strong computer skills, great interpersonal communication, and the ability to create and implement controls in complex financial processes. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!

This position can be performed, in-person at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT, hybrid or remote within service areas.
