The ideal candidate should have ten plus years of experience in compliance, risk, and banking. They should possess a CRCM certification and extensive knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations. Moreover, they should exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in problem-solving. The candidate should be able to work with employees at all levels, use risk assessment and gap analysis to create optimal solutions and plan, organize, and follow through on initiatives. They should have extensive knowledge of bank operations, processes, policies, and procedures. Confidentiality and privacy of customer information is a must!

This position can be performed hybrid or remote, within our Upper Valley, VT & NH service areas. The anticipated fill date for this role is May 2024.
