This position is eligible for shift differentials:

Per Diem: $2.00 per hour

Evening: $3.00 per hour

Night: $5.00 per hour

Weekend $2.00 per hour (in addition to any applicable evening or night differentials)

Job Summary
The Licensed Nursing Assistant is responsible for working collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to deliver basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. Responsive communication, respect, and support to our residents is the central feature of this position.

Requirements:

  • State of Vermont LNA license
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work respectfully and successfully as a member of a team

Unit Information

Otter Creek is a more traditional Long-Term Care unit. Residents of Otter Creek are more cognitively intact but are medically unable to live independently. There are many personalities and activities present, and staff have the opportunity to truly know their residents. Assessing well, understanding residents' conditions, thinking critically while advocating for providing the best home for residents, and beinga person,they trust is essential.
