POSITION SUMMARY
Will independently provide diagnostic evaluations for individuals, couples, families and groups and provide appropriate modality of treatment including referral to physician for Psychopharmacology. Will accurately document all services provided and complete necessary treatment reports. Will appropriately code level of service provided for billing purposes. Will appropriately utilize clinical supervision provided by psychiatrist.


EDUCATION
Master's degree in social work with an emphasis on clinical work. Advanced certification as a Board Certified Diplomat in Clinical Social Work (ABELSW) preferred.


EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years experience in office based practice or clinic. Skilled in diagnosis, evaluation, crisis intervention, short term cognitive behavioral treatment. Licensed as a social worker in the State of Vermont at a minimum of a LICSW level.
