Job Description
As the Payments Operations Manager, you will oversee the bank's payment products, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality customer service. The Payments Operations Manager will have a deep understanding of payment systems and regulations, including ACH, Fedwire, FedNow, and Swift.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience working in a high-demand Payment Operations, related Cash Management or Treasury Management environment. They should have a strong background in transaction banking, payment processing, and financial services. They will possess excellent analytical skills, be able to communicate and present information to senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with their team and cross-functional colleagues. This candidate will have experience leading a team and be comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing situations. Additionally, they should be familiar with risk and compliance protocols and be able to work independently while coordinating work efforts with other employees, departments, and divisions.

This position is performed on-site at Operations Center in White River Junction, VT office. The anticipated fill date for this role is May 2024.
