The HVAC/R Professional will coordinate and execute all HAVC/R improvements, repairs and preventative maintenance requirements for resort facilities. This position may also require the supervision of any HVAC/R contractors that may be hired for specific jobs. This is a full time year round benefit eligible position. The pay range for this position will be between $30.00 $

Installs, services and repairs furnaces, boilers (steam and hot water) and their controls in College facilities. Troubleshoots low pressure boilers, incinerators, and multi stage boilers.
