Central Vermont Medical Center is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing. Woodridge is a 153 bed facility caring for long-term, short-term, memory care andrehabilitation patients. The facility is located on campus with Central Vermont Medical Center.
Candidates shouldhave aminimum of2 yearsdirect patient careexperience within the areas of hospital medicine, primary care, geriatrics or a skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enjoy working in a diverse, fast paced environment with medically complex patients and be skilled in family conversations. The successful candidate would join a team of 2 full-time advanced practice providers and a part-time physician. This is a full-time position, which includes some weekend call.
Must be able to obtain a DEA certificate and aVermont NP or PA license.
